Norma Kamali offers returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure that all swimwear and bodysuit returns include the original hygienic liner to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print and Pack
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in the original shipping box.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
